Behavioral Technical

Applied online through the hospital's careers page. Received an email from HR about a phone screening. Had a 20-minute phone interview with HR, which was casual. They asked what I could bring to the hospital and what 'integrity' means. They also checked if I met the position's qualifications. If it went well, they asked for my availability to meet the unit director via email.
