I had an initial interview call with HR, which was a really nice experience. Then, I moved on to an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was postponed twice, and we finally had the call 3 weeks later. The call was pretty uncomfortable, as the interviewer did not seem engaged and seemed not to want to be in the interview. I received a rejection email two days later from HR.

I first spoke with the recruiter who connected me with my future boss. Then, I had a couple of phone interviews. A week later, they said the phone interviews went well and invited me for a full-day in-person interview process. This included a breakfast chat, several interviews with agency group heads throughout the day (one over lunch too), and a presentation. It was quite thorough. I got a positive response a few days after, and then it took a bit longer to iron out the final offer, including benefits. The Martin agency seems like a great place to work, with a really dynamic and innovative culture. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow, and everyone is super friendly and helpful.

The interview process went on for more than a month. I talked to people at all different levels and felt like I really connected with them and was a good fit for the position. After I finished interviewing with everyone, I let them know I had to have an answer by a specific date because I had another job offer with a deadline. They said they would let me know by that date, but they didn't. They ignored all my emails that day, and I got a rejection the next morning. It was a total waste of my time and effort. I'm glad I took the other job. My advice is to not rely solely on this one opportunity.

Got contacted by the recruiter about two weeks after I applied and got a referral. The interview itself was okay, but the RM felt like a robot and didn't seem very engaged with what I was saying. She explained the job and the team, and mentioned that Martin is usually good about keeping candidates updated and that I should reach out if I didn't hear back within a week. Well, it's been over two weeks and I haven't heard anything, even after following up a few times. Eventually got a generic rejection with no reason or feedback. It was really rude and a complete waste of my time, especially right now. I totally agree with others who said not to put all your hopes on this one.
