The interview process was kinda informal and started late. After the first chat, I was invited to the regional office to shadow an account manager and an operations manager. They were both really friendly and happy to answer my questions. I was told I'd hear back about a decision within three weeks, but I never did.

It was a very relaxed interview process, I'd recommend it to anyone new to Supply Chain. I was interviewed by the Director, who is a really nice guy. The process started with a phone screening, then a video interview, and if they liked me, they showed me around campus.

The process was easy and thorough. Orientation was fun and informative. When I had questions they were answered without delay and with all the information I would need to make informed decisions. Orientation was set up similar to a classroom. The paperwork was minimal and not difficult. Questions were answered knowledgably. The accommodation and transportation were a bonus. I was treated with dignity and respect throughout the entire process. I was given all the information I needed prior to arriving for orientation which made things go very smoothly. The interviewer explained that I would need my CDL, passport, and social security card. Their attitude towards me was warm and friendly, welcoming. During my interview I felt welcome and am very glad that Marten Transport hired me. They flew me to pick up my first truck so much better than a Greyhound bus. I have had some challenges but over all if you keep a cool head things work out. I would and do recommend Marten Transport to friends and other drivers from other companies. Overall my hiring and interview process was a very positive experience.

The interview process was pretty chill. It took place in an office setting, kinda like a cubicle environment where others were working. The interviewer asked some standard behavioral questions, looking for leadership skills and the ability to handle pressure. Researching the transportation industry's challenges and limitations would be helpful to show you've done your homework. I got an offer but haven't decided yet. My best advice is to research the company on Google, checking message boards and reviews for insights on how to approach the interview.
