There were three rounds of online assessments, which took over 5 hours in total. Following that, there was a technical interview. Subsequently, I was invited to London for an onsite interview consisting of about 6 rounds, and then another 6 rounds with the manager. Unfortunately, I was informed that I didn't pass at the end.

The interview process was quite a ride, starting with a phone interview where the interviewer was surprisingly late and jumped straight into brain teaser-like tech questions. They also asked some personal stuff like my GPA, which made me wonder about the company culture. Then came the onsite, which involved a data exploratory analysis project. I was told it would take two hours, but after just one hour, I was told the project was actually only an hour long. No apology, just an HR person saying there must have been a misunderstanding. Super unprofessional and frankly, quite rude. You'd have to be Stockholm syndrome to accept an offer here.

I had a full day of meetings. Mostly soft questions about my education and past experience. The office was very friendly. The day started with them showing me around the office and explaining the firm culture. I was then given a few scenarios and asked how I would tackle certain problems. I had an IQ-like test and several afternoon interviews with different people. This day was followed by two more casual phone interviews where I spoke with senior management. They asked general questions about my background and were curious to hear detailed info on where I saw my career going. Overall, a very interesting firm, I'd recommend looking at them.
