It started with a phone screening that included behavioral questions. I know there are four more rounds after that which involve some technical aspects. The initial phone screening was pretty standard.

Behavioral Technical

This interview was a bad experience. The interviewer was rude from the start, and some of the initial questions felt demeaning and personal, which was odd. It makes you wonder why they'd interview someone they clearly don't respect. Thankfully, it was via Zoom, so not much time was wasted. Maybe they think being rude is a test, but I don't respond to threats or bullying. I wish I had told him off. He came across like a stereotypical hedge fund person from the 80s. You could do the same job, get paid the same, and work with nicer people in a more modern environment unless you're also a jerk.

Technical Other

The office is nice. The interview had two parts on the same day. First, there was a face-to-face meeting, then a 45-minute technical test. The test was pretty challenging, needing good data analytical skills in a limited time.
