The interview process included a coding screen, followed by a recruiter screen. Then there were two technical interviews and two separate behavioral interviews. It felt like a lot of screening, but the technical questions weren't overly difficult, focusing more on practical application than LeetCode-style problems. The whole process was pretty well organized, and they got back to me with feedback quickly. I'm giving it a neutral rating because the interviewers were a bit blunt.

First, I got an online coding challenge, which was like one easy and two medium Leetcode problems. After that, I chatted with the hiring manager about my aspirations and my interest in Marshall Wace. Then, there were two group interviews with the team members. I also had a chat with the team lead before speaking with HR and then a senior management person. Finally, they offered me the job.

So I got this coding test after a recruiter was very keen on my profile, even though I was initially hesitant because another recruiter from the same company had previously ignored my CV. After spending two hours on a timed Codility test and submitting a correct solution, I was rejected for not meeting the standard. I asked for more details, but the hiring manager was 'too busy' to provide any. I worried that copying my solution from my IDE might have triggered a plagiarism check, but I'm still unsure of the exact issue. Other companies usually provide some feedback, so this lack of clarity left me feeling bitter. I can't recommend them.
