I went into the store, gave them my resume, and asked about job openings, specifically in the bakery. The manager said he'd pass my resume to the other manager, and they called me for an interview the next day. I met with the store manager and store director for about five minutes, talked about why I wanted to work there, and they hired me immediately!

I applied online. It took a while to get a call back for an interview, which was then cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. The interview itself was quite straightforward with basic questions. I was offered the position right away and started work the following day.

The interview process I went through was for a Co-Manager role, and I had 10 years of professional experience at the time. First, I had an initial interview with Michael Thielen from HR, which lasted about an hour. After that, I was asked to complete a personality test online. Following the results of the test, I was offered the position.

I met with the store manager first, and we talked about my availability and experience. The deli manager then joined, and we continued with more questions. After that, another manager came in and asked if I could stay in town for 4 years, which was a bit odd.
