Supervisor
It was a standard tell me about a time type of interview. I had to answer a few questions about my experience, how I build teams, and our core values. It was a sitdown interview with management on site and it lasted about an hour.

Human Resources Manager
The interview process went pretty well from start to finish, scheduling was easy and everyone I spoke with was professional and nice. My main issue was with what happened after the interviews. I thought I did great in the first one, but the second one was rough because I was getting sick and it was hard to think clearly. They said they'd get back to me within a week with feedback or next steps, but they just went silent. I was really hoping for honest, quick feedback, especially given their HR expertise, but I never heard back. I reached out two weeks later and the reason I got was that it was the holidays and they were traveling, making it hard to connect. With my 5+ years in HR/recruiting, I know that in a competitive market, you always give feedback if you promise it, regardless of interest level. If they were interested but took this long, I would have already moved on anyway.
- Given your leadership experience but lack of direct management experience, how would you approach training and development to quickly gain these skills?
Vice President of Operations
I had a few chats with the executive recruiter about my background and what they were after, and I updated my resume. After that, I never heard back about setting up time to talk to the hiring manager. I've tried reaching out a few times but haven't gotten a reply.
- What's your motivation for leaving your present job?
- Can you detail your business development experience?
- What's the biggest P&L you've managed?
Cleaning Technician
The interviewer was really informative and immediately offered me the job. They described the job in detail so I could understand what I'd be doing. They also told me I could take a couple of days to decide if I wanted to accept the position.
- How do you feel about working with older adults, considering this is a senior high-rise building?
