The interview process was fast and they communicated well. It started with a phone screening, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview. They ended up hiring someone from within the company. I heard back about the final interview after a week.

I applied online, then had an online interview, and then an interview with the intern coordinators. The online interview was pretty standard behavioral questions. The in person call was more behavioral and theoretical questions, and the people were really nice. I definitely recommend applying and going through this process.

Behavioral Case

HR will reach out if your resume is shortlisted. If it is, you'll have an interview with the ASM about your past experiences, challenges in your current role, and your achievements. If you clear the ASM round, you'll meet with the RSM to discuss some scenarios and about your family. If that's cleared, HR will discuss the CTC.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Not too much talking with people, mostly just emails. After the emails, you'd get a link for a virtual interview where you recorded your answers to some questions. Some were technical questions about the role's subject, others were behavioral/situational or about how your experience matched the job.

  • How does your background connect with this position?
