I had two interviewers for the first round. One of them said they hadn't looked at my resume and went in blind. They seemed surprised no one had followed up with me after my previous interview, but then they also didn't follow up. In both interviews, they were confused why I hadn't been connected with someone from HR to talk about the job. It's pretty obvious this company is unprofessional and disorganized, and seems to be missing out on good candidates.

I had interviews with a Senior Account Executive, HR, and people from other departments. The Senior AE was kind of rude, and some questions felt pointless, like asking about my experience when they had my resume. The people seemed uninterested in their work but thought highly of themselves. HR felt fake, and I could hear shouting elsewhere.

The interview process was great! It began with some easy questions and then moved into your experience. They asked some situational questions. The people were really nice and made me feel comfortable. They also gave me a tour of the office and explained how different departments collaborate.
