The process was fast. The HR part was very good and smooth, they explained the company and benefits well. The IT management part was terrible. It felt like the manager there didn't want to be there, she had a desperate tone as if she wanted the interview to end quickly.

Applied through Gupy. Unfortunately, had an in-person interview with HR. Had to drive for 30 minutes in traffic, then waited in a cold place for 30 minutes for a 12-minute interview with 3 questions that could have been done online. The next step would have been with the manager, but the next day I received an email saying I was eliminated. It felt like a waste of time since the process could have been done online.
