The interview process was very fair. The first part involved standard behavioral questions. The second part was really just about getting to know you and the company. If you can answer 'tell me about yourself' properly, the second round interview should be straightforward.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process involved meeting with several marketing stakeholders. Some challenging questions about strategy were asked, but they were fair and straightforward. A full digital strategy was requested as a takeaway for the next interview, which felt like asking for unpaid work.

Behavioral Technical

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn for a phone interview where they asked about my past experiences. They seemed really focused on whether I could handle a fast-paced work setting and if I had good communication skills. After about 30 minutes, they said they'd let me know if I was a good fit. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview in Roswell. I met my supervisor and even got to shadow the team. It was a unique experience; I really connected with the team and had a great conversation, which made me want to work there. They seem to value finding someone who's a good fit and has the necessary skills, but they also look for potential. Overall, it was a great experience!
