The interview process was pretty smooth and organized. I applied and heard back within a few days to set up an online call. The interviewer was nice and explained the job well. They asked me about my background, basic skills, and why I wanted to work with the NGO. They also talked about Marpu Foundation's CSR and community projects, which was really interesting. The whole thing felt open, professional, and not stressful at all.

I sent in my application online and then got an email confirmation a few days later. We were then given our tasks and assigned to teams. We also set up Whatsapp groups.

The Marpu Foundation's interview process for a Content Writer role was pretty easy and simple. First, they looked at my application. Then, I had to do a quick writing test to see if I was good at writing. After that, I had an online interview. They asked me about myself, why I wanted to join Marpu Foundation, and my previous writing jobs. The person interviewing me was nice and supportive, so it felt pretty relaxed. It was more about seeing if I could communicate well, be creative, and if I really cared about making a social impact, not really a hard technical test.
