First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Marlow Navigation.
Engineer
It was very simple and related to our work, interview was very transparent. First, we have to fill the application form and then they give the interview date. After the interview, the medical procedure will start and then selection.
- Regarding purifiers, what are the different types and how do they function?
- Could you describe the responsibilities of a 4th Engineer?
Deck Cadet
They set the date via email. We used Microsoft Teams for the interview. My interviewer was a former captain, and while he was very approachable, his questions were still intimidating. The whole thing lasted for about an hour.
- Could you provide very detailed answers about the ECDIS?
Intern
The interview process was brief and to the point. They asked several technical questions that you could answer if you had some prior knowledge about the internship role you're applying for.
- Could you tell me about your experiences relevant to the position I'm applying for?
