The interview process was good. They were eager to fly me out to meet in person to ensure it was the right fit, which I appreciated. I wish them the best, but I did not want to do PE in LA.

I spoke with the head of HR first. Then, I had interviews with several senior members of the BD team, and after that, I met with one of the partners. It started with getting to know you conversations, and then it moved on to case studies and more in-depth questions.

Behavioral Presentation

It was mostly fit interviews, nothing too technical. There were a couple of calls with senior leadership. After that, I was invited for an onsite visit, which was a full day with the broader team. This included a lunch interview where we mostly discussed my experience and why I'm interested in the firm. For candidates applying for more junior roles, I'd expect the interviews to be more technical.
