Account Executive
I had a conversational first round phone call. The interviewer was easy to chat with and asked relevant questions. I heard back in about a week.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
- What do you enjoy most about your current role?
Junior Associate
I spoke with the recruiter after meeting them at a career fair. After that initial email, I had one phone interview that lasted less than 20 minutes. They asked me about my experiences and personality. The recruiter got back to me two weeks later, and I didn't get the job.
- How would your friends describe you in three words?
Marketing Manager
I interviewed with the Atlanta office. It began with a phone interview, followed by a video interview with three team members, and then an in-office interview with several people. Everyone was really nice and I felt like it was going well. They asked for previous work examples and professional references and then... went silent. I even followed up for feedback and heard nothing back. It's a bummer to go through all those steps and not even get a rejection email.
- Tell me about a successful campaign you were involved in.
- Could you share examples of campaigns you've worked on?
- Who are your professional references?
Copywriter
It started with a friendly chat with a Constant Strategist. After that, I had a take-home assignment. Then, I met with 6 team members over two 30-minute sessions (3 people per session). It was a bit intense, but everyone was nice and the conversation went smoothly. They let me know their decision the following week.
- Could you share what types of brands you've written for?
- Describe your approach when you receive an assignment.
- How do you prefer to collaborate with designers?
