A recruiter from Dubai reached out to me on LinkedIn saying I fit the candidate criteria. During our call, she couldn't even get my past work experiences right, which made me wonder if they reviewed my profile at all. My next interview was with a partner, and despite agreeing on a date, the recruitment team scheduled the call incorrectly. The partner mentioned a third interview would follow with details to be emailed, but I never received them. I followed up multiple times, and recruitment promised to call but never did. This shows the poor standards and attitude at the company.
