First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Marketron.
Account Manager
It was an okay, basic account management interview. They said they'd get back to me after I interviewed, but they didn't. I sent a courtesy email.
- Tell me about your current job responsibilities and why you are interested in marketing.
Payroll and Human Resource Specialist
It was a panel interview with the Controller, Accounting Manager and Director of Human Resources. The questions were job specific, checking my knowledge with situational questions. I appreciated that they were on time, asked specific questions, listened to my responses and ultimately selected me for the position.
- Can you explain which benefits premiums are pretax versus post tax and the reasoning behind this distinction?
Senior Software Developer
The interview process was quite unorganized, coordinated by an internal recruiter. I had anticipated Marketron to be a more modern company, but their operations seemed outdated. The prospect of working in Hailey, Idaho, was appealing due to its unique setting, though the town felt small. The technologies used seemed dated, supporting software that didn't look or perform well.
