Technical

Right after I sent in my resume and cover letter, like within a week, they asked me to do this exercise. I had to design a formative research project and then write a short brief about it. It was due in 4 days, and I had to do it to even move on. The brief had to cover the methods, how to find participants, and what the research questions were. Designing it and writing the brief took me about 4 hours, and that included a little bit of looking into the research topic. After they saw my submission, I got invited to a video interview with two people. A week later, I found out I didn't get the job.

It was a group interview first and then they call back the best 2-3 people for individual interviews. Process takes a long time but is worth it. The group interview was pretty informal, but you should dress your best and be prepared for normal interview questions. Try to answer all questions asked.

First I chatted with the Creative Director, then the CFO, and after that with the Lead Developer. They gave me a coding test for the job. I had 3 days to finish and send it in. Then we talked about salary and I signed the papers.
