I was contacted via call, text, and email without applying for any jobs; they found me on ZipRecruiter and Indeed. The company is located in a building known for housing MLM (pyramid scheme) companies. The receptionist also answered calls for Luminosity-Inc, another known MLM scam. The interviewer didn't wear a mask initially, and I saw they weren't wearing one during other candidates' interviews, so they're clearly not following COVID-19 guidelines. Their website is vague and doesn't feature the well-known companies they claim to work with on social media, which is odd for a supposed marketing company. You should definitely do your own research before considering this company.

I don't recall applying to this company, but a recruiter named Kayla contacted me via text about an interview for the next day. The interview was scheduled for a specific time but started 15 minutes late. It was very brief, only about 8 minutes long. There were other candidates waiting, and their interviews seemed to be similarly short. It wasn't a formal interview; they asked me to come to their office during the pandemic and introduce myself. The interviewer also gave attendees the option to remove their masks.

They text me interview times based on info from job sites. I filled out a page about hobbies, not experience, for the marketing job. The interviewer talked generally about company departments. She called it direct marketing/pitches, but it's really direct sales on the streets. She said the first round was just to get to know candidates, not really about the job itself. She talked a lot about company culture.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview has a preliminary meeting with the hiring manager to talk about my qualifications and the role. Then, I had a second interview which was a longer process. We saw what a full day looks like for a Sales & Marketing Associate. The management team was really enthusiastic and gave a lot of information. It was nice getting to know the team.
