I connected with Market Strategies at my school's career fair. I'd checked out other reviews before, so I had some questions ready. The people there were really nice and seemed eager to bring on interns. About a week later, I got an email on a Thursday asking if I could interview the next day or the following week. I chose the next day. When I got to their office, I had to take a Wonderlic test, a presentation proofreading test, and then a group interview using the STAR method. Everyone was super friendly, but I never heard back or got any updates. I found out later the roles were filled about 3 weeks after my interview.

First, there's a phone chat with HR to make sure you're a good fit for the role and the company. If you get through that, you'll have to do some testing. Some of it is on the computer, and some is with pen and paper. You'll take personality tests, and tests for your math, grammar, and editing skills. You'll also need to edit a PowerPoint for formatting and grammar. After that, you'll have two almost full-day interviews with a bunch of people. This includes your future team, your potential manager, their boss, and others you'll work with. You should expect standard interview questions that they give to junior staff to ask you, plus questions about your background, passions, and whether you're a good fit. Usually, you'll hear back in 2-3 weeks after the interviews, no matter what they decide.

They have a 1st interview which is the preliminary interview, the HR of the company made the interview. She would ask you about your personal identity, what do you know about the job you are applying?, what are your good traits that could make you a better employee?, what are your skills?, how manageable you are at your time and how do you manage your work?, how long would you want to stay at the company?, would you like to be a regular employee?

Phone interview went well. It was general and all behavioral. In-person interview was structured, went okay. They provide a format for questions to prepare for, but mine was different. People were nice. Didn't get any response after following up multiple times, even with prior association. Disappointing, especially since I worked there before, to not even get a generic rejection email.
