Behavioral Presentation

It was a pretty standard interview process. Started with an initial screening, then a face-to-face interview, and finally a presentation. Nothing really unique about how this firm conducted their interviews. The HR person was helpful, but they didn't seem to grasp the specifics of the role they were hiring for.

  • Can you describe your approach to handling different situations and delivering presentations on a topic you're enthusiastic about?

Behavioral Technical Other

So first there was like a quick phone screen, then I went in person to talk to the senior PM, and after that there was a panel interview with some of the team members. The questions were pretty tough but they really made it comfortable to talk to them. You could tell they cared about personality and finding the right fit just as much as experience, which helped a lot.

The interview was a group session, which was a new experience for me. I found it enjoyable! It was reassuring to know everyone was getting the same info. There were multiple supervisors and around 20 candidates. They managed to share a lot of details, address questions, and give a glimpse of the team you'd join if hired. Overall, it was a fun experience.
