The interview process involved one phone interview focusing on coding, followed by three in-person rounds. The entire process spanned about two weeks. While the coding questions were generally easy and found on Leetcode, there were also challenging behavioral questions about career plans. I inquired about their revenue model, and it seemed they lacked clarity on their future direction. The daily work appears monotonous, involving the use of search engine APIs to expand marketplace and localization support. When asked about the most challenging aspects of their work, they mentioned supporting more ad websites and foreign websites. Essentially, their future tasks revolve around enhancing the current product to accommodate more ad sites across global regions.

The interview process is pretty smooth and I feel unexpectedly satisfied. First step is HR screen where they'll ask some general technical questions but nothing hard. Second step is two rounds of phone interviews, questions can be found in either leetcode or cc150. Onsite is four rounds of interviews (I know people also got 3 or 5 rounds depending on specific performance). Questions are not hard but some of them need extra efforts. The interviewers are smart and extremely nice. They are very collaborative.

The interview process included a recruiter call followed by a technical screen where I was asked several questions about data structures, object-oriented programming concepts, and Java specifics. The technical screen covered topics like abstract classes, differences between primitive and wrapper types, BST and HashMap complexities, HashMap methods, access modifiers, and collections like List and Set.
