The hiring process was simple, consisting of two main parts. First, there was a recorded video interview where I had to answer three questions about my past work. Then, I had a Zoom panel interview with three interviewers. They asked questions that related directly to the job description.

- Describe your knowledge of Database Management Systems
Judicial Clerk Senior
So, the interview was in-person and it was a panel. There were two people on the panel. They asked me a mix of situational technical and behavioral questions to see if I was good for the job. The situational and behavioral ones were about how I've handled or would handle different work situations, especially with court stuff, how courtrooms work, and admin tasks. The technical questions checked my knowledge of court processes, how case management systems work, and stuff relevant for a senior clerk. It felt pretty professional and structured, and I got to talk about my past experiences and how I approach problems in the legal field.
- What are your thoughts on judicial procedures?
Senior Payroll Specialist
I sent in my application online. About two weeks after that, they emailed me asking me to do a one-way recorded interview where I had to answer 6 questions. A couple weeks after the recording, the hiring manager contacted me by email for a Zoom interview with her and a colleague. About a week after that, I got the job offer and accepted it.
- Can you provide an instance of managing a challenging colleague and how you addressed it?
- Describe a situation where you made an error and how you managed it.

Data Integration Developer
Four weeks of interviewing with 2 rounds of technical interviews. There was an initial screening so total about 3 interviews. Questions tended to be repeat questions and left too open ended. Recommend against applying if you're coming from private industry. The process is quite lengthy compared to other interviews I've ever had. if a round two is request likely move on to other opportunities since it likely means they aren't sure about you.
- Can you describe your experience with end-to-end data encryption?
