The interview process was pretty tough and took a really long time. I was interviewed by a panel of 4-5 people who had their own questions. All the questions were related to the job and how I'd handle tough or specific situations. It was a bit intimidating interviewing in front of so many people. Then, I had to wait 2-3 months to hear back and actually start working, assuming I got the job. I interviewed in September/October, and my first day was January 5th. Despite the rough process, the work environment is mostly great, with good benefits and colleagues.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Had a committee interview with a panel of about 7 people. It was friendly but very professional. They had a list of about 8 questions in front of them. I was given 5 minutes to read them all. Then, they went one by one, each asking me a question from the list. It was a point-based interview, scoring based on how well my answers related to the job requirements. It's important to know the requirement bullets from the job post. There might be a second interview with the department supervisor after becoming a preferred candidate, and/or an office test.

The first interview, which was supposed to be a phone call, ended up being a 50-minute in-person meeting. The second interview was scheduled for 2.5 hours long. I didn't make it past the second interview. However, the whole process felt way too long and their communication with candidates was really bad. I spent time getting ready for these long interviews and had to take time off work twice, so it would have been nice to get some courtesy from the potential employers to let me know where I stood in the process.

Make sure your resume hits the minimum qualifications. The interviews have panels of up to 7-10 people, and they're very structured. A week after the first interview, there's a campus presentation with a Q&A, then an interview with the campus president.
