So I had 2 phone screenings, first one was with HR and they just asked about my background and past experience. Then the second one was with a therapist, and we talked more about clinical stuff and interests, and they asked me stuff like how I'd handle a difficult patient. After that, I had the in-person interview with the rehab manager, and we talked about job specific experience and they showed me around. They also mentioned productivity expectations, like 7.5 to 8 hours a day.

I had a phone interview, then an in-person one with the Director of Research. It was a pretty relaxed process, more about getting to know each other than feeling put on the spot for answers. They offered me the job the same day, and I felt like it was a good fit during my time there.

So the interview process started with a video interview and then we did an in-person interview. The video part can feel a bit weird if you're not used to it, but it was pretty straightforward. Basically, you just record yourself answering their questions within a time limit.

I talked to the recruiter first, then had like a 20-30 min interview on the unit. They offered me to come shadow for a couple hours. The recruiter called me on the phone and offered me the job. It was pretty easy overall.
