I had one interview with two people from the search committee and it seemed to go well. I was told that some candidates would move on to a second round with the whole committee. I followed up with the hiring manager two weeks later and they said I should expect to hear back within two weeks. After three weeks passed without any word, I followed up again and was informed that they had just hired someone for the position.

It took several months from when I submitted my application until I heard back from them. The interview process itself, from the first interview to the offer, was about 2-3 weeks long. They had multiple interview stages, but they did a good job of scheduling them back-to-back so it was a pretty streamlined experience.
