Care Assistant
It was a fast and simple interview process. I applied online, and within a few days, I got a call for a general phone chat to see if I was a good fit. After that, they scheduled a face-to-face interview.

I had an interview with the Home Manager, and a Senior Nurse took notes but didn't ask questions. We did introductions, and they checked my previous employment and experience. They also asked about my knowledge of the company, some general questions, and my understanding of CQC and Safeguarding. Then they asked why I wanted to apply.
