First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Marcus Thomas.
Intern
The interview process was smooth, I felt very comfortable and well-prepared. The response time between application and interview is fairly quick. They are very interested in what you have to say and what kinds of things you are interested in.

Business Development Manager
Kamron Clark-Carpenter was great. He knew the Marcus Thomas story well, shared the corporate culture and benefits to joining that team. The agency itself has a great reputation, and if I would not have accepted another offer in a different career path - I may have continued the interviewing process. Five Stars!

- Can you describe your past work history?
Project Manager
I had an initial phone screener, followed by two Zoom interviews. After the interviews, I sent a thank you email. Two weeks later, I sent another email asking for an update, and then another two weeks after that. I never heard back from them, which I felt was pretty rude.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
Account Executive
The first stage was an in-person interview that included a tour of the office and amenities. The interview itself with the supervisor was only 10 minutes long, with just a couple of questions asked and only time for me to ask one question. It felt like they were more focused on showcasing their company culture than on conducting a proper interview. I was rejected via email a few days later, even though the HR specialist had initially indicated there was another week of first-round interviews. I found this very unprofessional, especially since I was already unhappy with how the interview was conducted.
- What is your preferred leadership style from a supervisor?
