We met up at a cafe, I don't think we actually ordered anything. The interview went well and I felt like we connected. I never heard back from them, which was a bummer, and I wasn't given any feedback. It turned out I ended up working really close to other Marcs employees, and I noticed they tended to be older, so I wasn't too bothered by it anymore.

The interview process was quick and straightforward. They got right to the point with questions about how you engage with customers, your customer service skills, and any cash handling experience you might have. They also asked about your availability for different shifts and kept the conversation relaxed.

The interview process was pretty easy, nothing really surprising. After the interview, they called me back a few days later to sign papers and watch a video for two hours. I got paid for those two hours. It was pretty simple as long as you're not completely clueless.
