The job interview process is a crucial step in any selection process, where recruiters evaluate candidates to fill a position. It usually involves several phases, such as initial contact, tests, and interviews with different people from the company. The goal is to analyze the candidate's profile, their technical and behavioral skills, and their alignment with the organizational culture.

It was simple and fast, with details about challenges and opportunities. They also provided details about benefits and the area's structure. There was a scenario about the company, its culture, and its way of working. The stages included a call with a headhunter, a meeting with direct leadership, a formal offer, acceptance, hiring, and onboarding.

Terrible interview. The hiring manager didn't even read my salary expectations. Started by saying they only had 15 minutes because of another commitment, which was totally disrespectful considering I took time off work and prepared. They spent the whole time talking about the job, asked my salary expectations (which were already on Gupy), and as soon as they realized it didn't match their offer, they barely let me speak. Totally disorganized and unprepared.

It was a lengthy process. Just to clarify, as of my review in May 2025, the position is still open. The online interview in February 2025 was a plus. The interview itself was quite generic, focusing on general experiences and knowledge to get to know the candidate. It wasn't a tough interview, but the feedback took a VERY long time. I only received a generic rejection stating I didn't get the job. I tried contacting the 'interviewer' but got no response.
