Behavioral Technical

It was a classic interview. We started with an introduction to the company, then the role itself, and its missions and objectives. We discussed the specifics of the position. They asked about the candidate's skills relevant to the role. Then we reviewed the candidate's profile and experiences. Finally, we talked about availability.

Behavioral Technical Case

Got contacted by a headhunter, first via email then phone, after they found my profile on LinkedIn. They were specifically looking for someone Italian who had financial leadership experience. Had a second phone interview with the head of HR while I was actually on vacation in Italy. It was a general chat about my background, leadership style, and past achievements. Then, I interviewed with the CEO. This was more focused, covering my financial analysis and strategic development background, and future plans. The interview went well, and I made it to the final two candidates. However, they ended up choosing someone who had prior experience working in the USA, which I didn't have at that point.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Primo contatto telefonico molto rapido e pratico.
