I spoke directly with the Wholesale Specialist, which made things feel direct and to the point. It was a quick phone screening where they asked me about my background, what I want to do in my career, my skills, and why I'm interested in this job and the company. The whole thing was quick and easy, and I got through it without any hassle.

They asked me to come in person and look at my portfolio. It seemed like it went well, they liked my work and asked me to do a whole original print and embroidery design collection as an interview project that took a whole week to complete. There were a couple back and forth conversations through email. After I sent it however, I was completely ghosted no matter how many times I followed up. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I was interviewing for a marketing and operations internship. The interviewer was really nice and asked me a lot about my interest in fashion and my experience. They ended up saying they didn't have the capacity for a summer intern, so I reapplied in the fall. Fall interns usually spend a full day each week at the office. The internship is unpaid.
