First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Marc Glassman.
Pharmacist
My supervisor was really nice and paid attention to my professional goals, values, and interests. They were fair and understood my concerns about work/life balance, and were willing to work with me on flexible hours.

Cashier
The interview process was good. The people were nice to work with. There are solid overtime hours available, and the environment is clean. You get a cash bonus for holidays and a turkey for Thanksgiving. It can be cold outside if you're working cart duty. Customers are friendly, and the time off and pay are good.
- Are you familiar with processing items?
Assistant Manager
I got a call from the hiring manager to see if I was still interested. Then I went to the corp office the next day where I had to fill out some paperwork at the front desk with my personal info and work history. The personel manager did a basic interview asking about myself and my skills. He called two days later and scheduled a second interview with a regional manager in westlake. That interview was about 45 mins and focused on my experience with Walmart and retail, and some scenarios like what to do if I saw the store manager stealing. Three days after that, the personel manager called, offered me the job at my requested compensation, and I filled out paperwork including for a drug test that had to be done right away. The next day I got a call about my first day of training.
- What would you do if you found your store manager stealing?
Associate
I applied in person and gave my info to customer service. The Customer Service Manager called me the same day. Two days later, I went in and the CSM just reviewed my application. The next day, I had an interview with the store manager which was simple and straightforward. My only complaint is though they described the basic duties, there was so much more that I wasn't told at the interview.
