The interview process was very positive. I met with the team for about an hour. They asked typical and some less common questions, focusing more on understanding who I am rather than just my technical knowledge. They were very open to answering my questions, though I didn't have many because they provided a thorough description of the role and the company culture.

Interviewed twice. Didn't have to wait long. Tracey was very sweet and energetic. The overall interview process took about an hour. Heard back a week later and was offered the position of assistant production coordinator. Company is good and organized. Showrooms in the city which is also well kept. The person that interviewed me made sure they looked over the resume before the interview unlike many other places which was a pleasant surprise

I initially interviewed for a sales role but didn't get it because I didn't have enough experience. HR suggested I interview for this Sales Assistant role, which I did. I had a great interview with the hiring manager and then went into the office for a final interview with the hiring manager and the head of sales. The hiring manager said she would have hired me the week before if it was up to her. MF said I'd hear back the following week but they never reached out. I reached out to them and they told me I didn't get the role again. This whole experience was really off-putting and made me realize I probably dodged a bullet. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I saw an ad on LinkedIn and sent in my resume. The interview got scheduled and then cancelled twice before finally being rescheduled. I had to fill out an application and then met with HR. After that, I never heard back. It was a really unprofessional experience, and the Head of HR was unprofessional.
