The interview was unbelievable. It basically consisted of me showing off my projects, and they really paid attention to them. They actually gave me some really great and honest feedback, which would be useful for future interviews. However, the interviewers were incredibly rude. One interviewer wouldn't even shake my hand when I left, and just looked at his phone while I was walking out. Honestly, I'm kind of glad I didn't get the job, because I wouldn't want to work with people who have such a bad attitude, especially if they were my superiors.

People Operations Manager
I got a spontaneous phone call for an interview, without any prior email scheduling. I was at work and unavailable at the time. The recruiter and I played phone tag for about two business days. After that, we moved to a video interview. Even though it went really well, I guess I wasn't the right fit because the company has completely ghosted me. It's been over a month, and the job isn't posted anymore. I reached out after the interview and haven't heard back. It's disappointing that even when hiring for HR roles, recruiters and managers mess up the process. Either they don't care, or their ATS can't handle automatic replies, which is pretty basic. They need to step up their game!
- Can you tell me what you know about our company?
Salesman
I talked with the office manager and the owner. We chatted about different things before the interview started. They gave me coffee and water. The owner told me about available jobs and I picked the salesman role.
