It was a really good interview process, they asked really good questions and seemed to genuinely care about me, making me feel welcome. I was also given a tour of the factory and they checked to make sure I was comfortable.

I applied online for a temp position and Marathon called me. We then set up a time to meet and I went to speak with the Director of Marathon Staffing. He reviewed my resume and I explained all my past work. He was very pleasant and kind and could see I have had a lot of experience in a lot of different areas. So he went through a checklist to match me correctly with employers based off my knowledge. I thought it was a great idea and appreciated him taking the extra time.
