Store Manager
Jobs are posted internally first. The interview process can be anywhere from one to three interviews, either in person or over zoom. Most interviews will be with the GM, AGM or someone else on the leadership team.
- Can you share an example of a successful experience and explain why?
- Describe a time you failed and what you learned from it.
Sales Associate
Had a chill but helpful chat with the store manager. They asked about my history and if I knew about shoes and running. It lasted around 30 minutes total. They asked good questions and shared a lot of info.
- What constitutes a win-win scenario here?
Sales Associate
There were two interviews. The first one was more about getting to know you and why you think you're a good fit for the job. The second interview focused on how you'd handle situations like dealing with challenging customers or when communication goes wrong.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a conflict and describe your actions?
- What is your background and why are you suitable for this position?
- Describe your approach to managing irate clients.
Business Development Manager
I had an interview, gave a presentation, and then another in-person interview at the Brighton head office. The whole thing was really strange; they seemed preoccupied with something else. Given the extensive research I did, which I feel would be worth a significant consultancy fee, it was quite an experience presenting my report.
- Are you involved in cryptocurrency?
