This was a group interview, which is something I've only done a few times before. I made sure to clearly talk about my past experience and current job abilities and qualifications, emphasizing that I'm detailed and hard-working.

Behavioral

The interview process was a bit disorganized and chaotic, and not very cohesive. We didn't really talk about anything that related to the job offer. After I got the job, I was told the compensation offered was low.

Behavioral Other

First, you fill out an application. Then you meet with the department head, followed by a meeting with business management. After that, there's a follow-up call, a shadowing session, a walk-through, and finally, fingerprints, a physical, and signing. Once that's done, you go into training and orientation, which includes eight hours of Dementia training. You'll also be given a uniform.

Behavioral Technical

Had a few interview rounds, didn't get much feedback. The team was cool and the office was in a nice spot. They really focused on what experience you had. Expect to travel a bit. Most of the places are outside of NYC. You'll get to learn about senior living properties.
