HR was very communicative and professional before the interview. The interview itself felt relaxed and wasn't like a typical interview. I had an initial meeting with HR, followed by a second round with the hiring managers.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The process itself was really smooth and I think overall the interview itself went really well, despite them moving my initial interview date/time almost last-minute. The reason for my 'negative' experience is, despite all of this seemingly positive interview, I never received even an email saying [insert the no-hire reason]. I contacted MapAnything after three weeks of no response, and after a no-response from my follow-up, it was clear that they did not value the time of the person they were interviewing enough to say anything. That attitude towards candidates is highly unprofessional, and it speaks volumes of how they may handle other internal matters.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for the SMB Sales Executive role and got referred by an employee. HR contacted me the day after, and we had a 40-minute call the next day. HR was really helpful and answered all my questions. It was a basic screening about my background and I could ask questions too. HR thought I was a good fit, so we set up an in-person interview for the next week. I got there a bit early for the 11:00 am interview. Around 11:25 am, HR came to get me, apologizing because the supervisors were late. We chatted in her office until they were free. Since there were no meeting rooms, we ended up in a storage room full of boxes. The interview started at 11:35 am and finished at 12:00 pm because the supervisors had another meeting. They told me to reach out within the week to see about moving forward. I sent a thank you email to HR and both supervisors that afternoon. Later that week, I emailed and left a voicemail for the supervisors as they asked. The following week, I tried again, including HR this time, but still no reply. After another week of trying, I just gave up, as I never heard back. It was really inconvenient to travel to Charlotte just for this interview and only get 25 minutes with the supervisors due to scheduling issues. They really need to do a better job with scheduling and follow-ups. Also, don't trust the high Glassdoor rating for this company; it seems like management made employees review them to boost the score.

Behavioral Presentation

I was headhunted for this role, and the process initially seemed smooth, but they added extra stages as I went along. I didn't like how the company handled things or their lack of flexibility. They asked me to prepare a demo/presentation which was very time-consuming and had unclear instructions. While preparing, I had a bad user experience with their product. When I asked to reschedule due to personal reasons, they refused, which I felt showed a bad attitude.
