So, what we do is, we have a structured interview process. First, we screen your application, then there's an initial phone assessment. After that, you'll have technical and behavioral interviews. We also do a stakeholder evaluation, and then reference checks. Finally, we make a decision. We really try to be transparent about it, with clear timelines, consistent criteria, and we give feedback. We want to make sure we're comparing candidates fairly and communicating well to get to a good hiring decision and make a formal offer.

It's a 4-phase interview. First, there's a technical exam. If you're mechatronics, it's mechanical and electrical. If you're mechanical, just mechanical. Second is an HR interview with basic behavioral questions, they were nice and clear. Third, an interview with technical engineers who were unprofessional, the room was a mess, people came and went, one guy was on his phone talking loudly. They asked about your grad project, the technical exam (phase 1), and some random, vague, nonsensical technical questions. They weren't ready or professional. The last phase is an interview with the department's general manager.

The process was rough. I had to wait ages in the lobby before my interview. Then there was a long exam that took 6 hours. After that, I had a technical interview where they were really sarcastic and made racist jokes about non-Christians.

The interview process kicked off with a phone call, followed by a really extensive test at the company's main factory. If you passed that, you'd then have interviews with managers. Getting an offer wasn't a simple email; you had to physically return to the main office to see the offer details.
