Initial contact was through Indeed.com, and an appointment was set for the very next day. On that day, I met with HR, the Attorney I would be working with, and the Legal COO. Everyone was very nice; they didn't ask any tricky questions, but they do expect the best. I felt comfortable during the interview. Additionally, I was given a challenging Spanish to English and English to Spanish legal assessment test. It's crucial to know Spanish perfectly, including accents, grammar, and different ways to express the same idea.

First there was a phone screening, then a virtual interview where they checked my skills in communication, negotiation, and financial knowledge. I had to answer some skills assessment and scenario-based questions. They might also check with my previous employers or coworkers to confirm my work history, skills, and how I am professionally.
