The interview process was unprofessional and childish. The interviewer was overly peppy and criticized my personality for not being cheerful enough, despite my attempts to discuss my experience. It felt ridiculous, as jobs require more than just acting like an over-validated cheerleader. She also attacked me for frequently changing jobs early in my career, which I found hypocritical given her own job-hopping history on LinkedIn.

They set up 3 calls for me, each around 30-45 minutes. It was conversational. I finished my last interview a week ago and haven't heard back. I followed up with the hiring manager who was in charge, and they said they'd get back to me in a day or two, but I never heard from them. No calls, no texts, not even a rejection email. It's ironic because they asked me about 'applicant experience' during the interviews. Really unprofessional and poor communication.

Pretty standard interview process. I applied and got called for an interview soon after. The interview itself was about an hour long and covered typical topics. The interviewer was a bit late to the call, so I had to email them. I felt I had all the right experience and matched the job listing well. They mentioned a follow-up for a second interview with the director, but I ended up getting a rejection email about a week later.

The interview process was pretty smooth and organized. First, there was a phone screen with a recruiter about basic qualifications and the role. Then, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and a colleague. Finally, I did a virtual interview with the skip-level manager and someone from another team. Each part felt well-thought-out and gave me a good feel for the job and company.
