First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Manta.
Sales Engineer
It started with an HR round where they asked basic questions about my resume. Then, I had a more technical interview with the Hiring Manager, focusing on my past experience working with clients. HR was helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. They seem to want to see how you'd tackle the issues they run into.
- Can you introduce yourself and guide me through your resume?
- Could you elaborate on your strengths and weaknesses?
- Please share an example of a time you successfully resolved a client's issue.
Accounts Payable and Payroll Analyst
The interview process had a few stages: first, a phone screening with HR, then a phone interview with my direct supervisor. After that, there was an in-person interview with the comptroller, and finally, an in-person interview with the CFO. The interviews were pretty standard, asking about my background and using STAR questions. Everyone I met was really nice, and they kept in touch well throughout the process. I was actually surprised I didn't get an offer, especially since I felt good about how the interviews went.
- What are your long-term goals after becoming proficient in this position?
Back End Engineer

Marketing Specialist
It was a third-party hire for an on-site outsourcing job. I first had a basic phone interview with the recruiter, then an in-person interview. The questions were very basic and straightforward. It was an easy interview and I got hired. That was it.
- Can you tell me about your background?
- What are your customer service skills?
