The whole thing was super smooth, fast, and I actually enjoyed it. The HR person was great and really got what the job and company culture were about. They kept me in the loop really well with good communication. Started with a phone screening, then a bunch of video calls on Teams, and finished with an Excel test.

My interview experience with MANSCAPED was great, and HR was extremely communicative with updates or answering any questions I had. One thing I appreciated about the interviews was that they did not exceed more than two people, which made them less intimidating and allowed me to represent myself effectively. They allowed for better back and forth conversations and specifically focusing on individual areas/teams. Every one I met with was genuine and represented the company well. Their enthusiasm for the work they do and the people they work with was refreshing. Right after I accepted the offer of employment, I had a health scare. It was still a week and a half before I would officially start at MANSCAPED, and I was beyond touched that they sent me flowers with a note to get well soon, while I was still employed at my previous job. That spoke volumes to me about the kind of company I had the fortune to join!

This interview process feels really thorough and it matches the company's main values. The HR Team is small and you can tell they care a lot about finding someone who fits the team culture and has the right experience. I got to chat one-on-one with everyone on the HR Team and really got to know them and what they're looking for. I felt like I could be myself and share my interests and how I envision my career growth. It was a great experience overall, and whoever gets this HR Coordinator role will be super lucky!

The interview process had three parts: first, a phone screening with talent acquisition, then a Zoom call with the direct manager, followed by a 2.5-hour panel interview consisting of five 30-minute interviews with the e-commerce team. Everyone was quite friendly and approachable. The VP mentioned that the position involves a lot of work, as the team is supposed to have 9 people but only has 6. During my second to last interview, the direct manager gave me a lot of positive feedback about my other interviews and told me I was highly ranked and seemed very qualified. We agreed on a start date about 2.5 weeks away that worked for both of us. They asked me to move up my last interview to align with that start date, saying it was more of a meet-and-greet with the team and didn't really matter. Ultimately, I was rejected, which was unexpected after feeling like I had almost secured the job. I'm sharing this to caution others who might feel the same way. It is what it is, no hard feelings.
