I went through two rounds of interviews, and then they just stopped responding. The first round was a 30-minute meeting with a manager where we went over a writing sample I had to make beforehand. I also took some aptitude tests, and the manager seemed pretty knowledgeable. The second round involved the same manager and the CEO. The CEO asked some really weird questions, like what I was like in high school and what my GPA was back then. That second round was alright, not spectacular, but I thought I'd at least hear back. I followed up via email three times over two months and got absolutely nothing back. It's a real bummer how they ghost candidates, especially after I put in the effort to create a two-page writing sample and complete tests.

This was a really awkward interview. They started by asking about my high school and college GPAs. Then they asked for the names and titles of my previous managers and what good and bad things they'd say about me. I was also told to expect some weeks with over 40 hours of work. It just felt off overall, a really strange interview experience.

Started with a phone chat, then went in person to meet with two managers. After that, I had another in-person meeting with those same two managers plus the owner. Between the first in-person and the last one, I had to do a writing task. For the final interview, there was also a timed writing assignment. I felt super comfortable the whole time, it was a really relaxed vibe and we got along great.

I interviewed with the sales manager and sales assistant. The sales manager mentioned she's been trying to fill this role for 4 years, citing issues with candidate qualifications or salary expectations. I was told references would be checked, followed by an offer. When I followed up with the sales assistant, she said things were crazy and she hadn't checked them yet. A few days later, I received an email stating they were going in a different direction and wouldn't be making an offer. My references confirmed no one contacted them. The company seemed disorganized and inefficient; typical small business without sales training.
