It was a simple screening process and they got back to me quickly for the interview. The interview itself was straightforward, and the people I met were really friendly and welcoming. They also followed up clearly afterward and let me know what to expect timeline-wise for decisions.

I had a screening call and then an interview. The interviewer was really nice and helpful on the phone. They were very upfront and honest, and talked a lot about the job to make sure we were on the same page about what to expect.

The interview was virtual and I was told I needed my camera on, but no one else had theirs on. The interviewer made some weird comments that seemed totally irrelevant. I never heard back after that. It was very unprofessional.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I went to their place in Maumee, Ohio, and handed in my resume. A few weeks later, they reached out for an interview. I met with HR and two engineers who asked me questions. After that, they gave me a tour and introduced me to some of the staff. A few days later, they called me back and extended an offer.
