I had an info meeting where they presented the company, the roles, and benefits. Then there was a test (either assembly or logistics). Finally, an individual interview where they asked about my motivation and what working conditions I'm willing to accept.

The first HR call was a bit of a mess. They actually told me to pause so they could write things down. Had to repeat myself a lot for note-taking. They asked pretty basic stuff, like 'What are your strengths/weaknesses?' and 'Where do you see yourself in 5 years?'. The in-person interviews were mostly the same. Some people asked good questions and made for a good chat, but the main leaders at the West Bend location asked the same old strengths, weaknesses, and 5-year plan questions. It might be a decent place to work, but the leadership there wasn't very inspiring.

Had a simple phone interview where they asked about my experience and told me what they were looking for. A couple of days later, I was called for an on-site interview. During the on-site, I got a tour of the plant and they asked a few technical questions. They explained what they needed done, which is something I've been doing for the last 4 years. They said they'd call back in a week. I tried reaching them multiple times, but they never called back. After almost two months, they sent a general email saying they had filled the position with someone else.
