The whole interview process was about an hour long. It started with a 2-on-1 chat with the assistant and associate directors of Admissions. Then, I gave a quick 5-7 minute presentation about the school, followed by a Q&A with the staff. Finally, there was a short 15-minute interview with the director of Admissions. Everyone on the staff was really nice and welcoming, especially the assistant director, associate director, and the director. I was also blown away by how beautiful the campus and Reid Castle are.

They also asked why I'm leaving my current job and why I'm interested in this role. Finally, they asked some capability questions like 'Can you do this and can you do that?'
