First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Manhattan Strategy Group.
Program Manager
I applied online, then got a call from HR for screening. After that, I met with the Program team, and then the project management team. They offered me the job, and I signed the offer and NDA. Then I did the background check and got scheduled for onboarding. Finally, I met with my manager and the team.

Technical Assistance Lead
A recruiter from MSG reached out to me on LinkedIn about a job. We exchanged messages, and then a virtual interview was set up with MSG team members, including the hiring manager. I asked about salary and the hiring timeline, but MSG didn't share that info before the interview. I joined the virtual interview on time, but nobody from MSG showed up for 10 minutes past the scheduled time. I emailed the staff on the invite about this and asked about rescheduling. After 24 hours, the only response I got was an old automatic reply from the hiring manager saying she'd be back on a date that had already passed. This lack of professionalism and respect for my time is really disappointing. I can only guess this is how MSG treats its employees too. If you're thinking about working there, you might want to reconsider.

Analyst
I applied online and six months later they asked if I was still interested. I said yes because I like the company and their work. Then I had a good interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter told me an offer was coming, but then they ghosted me, not returning calls or emails. I contacted the hiring manager, who confirmed they wanted to hire me and would follow up. Six months after the interview, I got a contingent offer letter, but they went silent again. It's disappointing, and I'd tell others to be cautious applying here because they might not follow through even with an offer.

Graphic Designer
The interview went really well and they offered me the job, but it was contingent on a background check that would take a month. After that, I didn't hear anything back. I emailed my potential boss and HR, but they both ignored me. Honestly, it really turned me off that even after I followed up, they couldn't even send a quick note to say it was nice meeting me. I was really excited about the job and then got ghosted.
- What's making you want to leave your current job?
